Well. I did it again. Here’s the apology and update I sent out earlier today.
How can you flourish anyway, even when you mess up or fail AGAIN? What are a few rhythms or practices that you know will make you feel better after you mess up when you’re trying to not spiral down into the bad place?

A few things that made me feel better after my big mistake today: a good loud listen to the first half of Handel’s Messiah, chopping sweet potatoes and red onions, sitting in silence in the retreat room, and borrowing the mug I gave Tim for Christmas
